That is the best news I’ve heard in a long time! The MIM is probably the best small venue in Phx, if not the state. Been there twice – third time will be the best of all of them! Can’t wait to see it in bold print. Not far away – will have to get the word out.

  2. I’m new at this RSS/networking thing, but just found this compilation CD that had been in storage for years, Don’s “Row” was on it. I was “rown away”. I left the first comment on that song in the “Lyrics” section. Totally awesome. Wished I lived out that way so I could come hear D2 (am in NC). I have a good friend in Phoenix who is a wordsmith and music lover, I will alert her, and hopefully she will row on over. Peace, and thanks for a song that shines like the River!

  3. John,
You can see how often I check this. Thanks for the kind words about Row. I don’t think I ever worked any harder or better at crafting the imagery in a song so it means something to me that you hear the river in there. I’m guessing the version you have has Deb playing the concertina, we do it now with her on the harp and its even more watery.
    Keep the pointy end forward,
    Don
